1) How do I check the version of the OS I'm currently using?
To check the Windows OS version, visit [Which version of Windows operating system am I running?].
2) Does this mean that I will not be able to use the product if my OS is not supported?
You can use the product once you upgrade your OS to the latest version.
If an OS upgrade is not possible for some reason, reinstall with a freezing version installer.

Thus, we recommend using this method only when necessary, and you have no other choice.
4) I keep receiving notifications. Can I turn off the notifications?
Notifications will continuously appear to provide a safe environment to the users when using the product.
If you wish to disable the notifications, select 'Don't show for 7days,' located at the bottom of the notification window.

<<Product Warning>>
When installed with the freezing version above, the product will not operate normally, and the engine will not be updated. This means the user PC is more likely to be exposed to various security threats.
It is highly recommended that you temporarily use this installer and upgrade to the OS that supports SHA-2 as soon as possible.
