[Notice] Submitting Web Inquiry to AhnLab ASK
ASK (AhnLab Technical Support & Knowledgebase) provides various communication channels for customers, including phone, email, chat, and web inquiry.
This article describes how to submit a web inquiry.
To Submit an Inquiry
1. Log in to AhnLab ASK. The login information is linked with AhnLab.com.
2. Click [Submit a request] at the top right side of the page.
3. Select a inquiry method from the drop down menu. If the attachment file exceeds 50 MB, please select the ‘inquire with a large file attached.’ option.
4. Fill out the following fields.
4-1. Select the type of inquiry.

4-2. Write a brief summary of the inquiry in the subject.
4-3. Write the details about the inquiry in the description.
- When inquiring about an error, please specify the exact name of the product, as well as the detailed error symptoms you are experiencing.
4-4. Attachment File
- If the attachment file exceeds 50 MB, please select the ‘inquire with a large file attached.’ option.
- When inquiring about a product error, please collect and attach the AhnReport.
