Access [Support] > [Threat Inquiry] from AhnLab.com, and then log in to your account.

Go to the [Submit Suspicious Files] tab to bring up a page as shown below.

Instructions

Items marked with * are required fields. Please proceed to fill out the fields as instructed below.

• Title: Enter a briefly summary of the inquiry.
• Report Type: Select the reason for the submission.
• Email: Enter the email address to receive the response.
• Product: Select the AhnLab product in use.
• Message: Enter all of the details about the request or the symptoms experienced after being infected with malware.

File Attachment

You must attach at least one of the following two categories.

You can also attach files of both categories. Each attachment file can be up to 2 GB.

Attachment 1

• Use this category if attaching the suspicious or false positive files.
• Please compress the files into ZIP format before attaching.

Attachment 2

• Use this category if attaching the collected AhnReport results as an .arc file.
• The report will be used to analyze symptoms suspected of malware infection.
