If a problem occurs in your system, download Diagnostic Report to request AhnLab. for analysis to identify the cause.
To download the Diagnostic Report.
1) Click Management on the top > Select System >Diagnostic Report from the menu on the left.
2) Enter a Password and click Export.
3) <Export System Diagnostic Report> appears. Click [Download] to download the report you have already created, or click Export to create a new report and export it.
4) Troubleshooting.enc will be downloaded to temporary download path of your PC.
5) Send the troubleshooting.enc file and the password to AhnLab support team.
※ Troubleshooting.enc file is encrypted, so you need a password to check the file content. If you forget the password, you will not be able to view the Diagnostic Report.
