[MDSA] Let's learn about the Agent cache function
1. Summary
If this option is used, the analysis time can be shortened and the server load also can be reduced. Save the file analysis result as a cache in the agent and use it.
2. Contents
1) Save agent cache
Configure the following fields on the Agent Policy.
Click Management > Agent > Agent Policy > Add > Execution Holding > Save agent cache
Save agent cache: Save the file analysis result as a cache in the agent and use it.
- Select Clean up Cache at Agent Startup to clean up the cached data at agent start up to reduce the server loads. It can be used independently regardless of Agent Cache Storage or Clean up Cycle.
- Select Clean up Cycle to delete the agent cache at regular time intervals you set. The interval must be between 1 to 24 hour. It can be used independently regardless of Agent Cache Storage or Clean up Cycle.
2) Delete agent cache
Configure the following fields on the Agent List
Click Management > Agent > Agent List > View Agent> Select agent > Respond > Initialize Local Cache
※ In the event of an False-Positive error, the agent has previous cache information even if it is modified on the server. so it performs a hold-up action based on the mis-tam results until the administrator performs the command to delete the cache.
