When submitting an inquiry related to the EPP agent, an AhnReport collected from the affected PC is required.

Unless there is an error in sending or receiving commands between the EPP server and the agent, you can use the Management Command in the EPP console to collect and transmit the AhnReport.

Collecting an AhnReport from the Web Console

P19 and later

1. In [Agent Management] in the EPP web console, select the agent from which you want to collect an AhnReport, then click [Management Command > Collect AhnReport].

2. Select the collection information type and collection items, then click [OK].

If you are requested to collect debug logs, select the option to enable debug logging and specify the amount of time required to reproduce the issue.

• Some collection options are not supported in macOS and Linux environments.

P18 and earlier

1. In [Management > Agent] in the EPP web console, select the agent from which you want to collect an AhnReport, then click [Send Management Command > Collect AhnReport].

2. Select the collection information type and collection items, then click [OK].

Downloading the Collected AhnReport

P19 and later

You can check the progress or results of general management commands in [Response].

You can check the results of AhnReport collection and download the report from [AhnReport/Artifact].

Use [View Details📄] to view the contents of the collected AhnReport, or click [Download⬇️] to download the collected AhnReport result file.

P18 and earlier

You can check the log of the AhnReport collection command in [Response > Response Status].

After the AhnReport has been collected and uploaded to the server, you can download it from [Response > Collect AhnReport].

Use [View Details📄] to view the contents of the collected AhnReport, or click [Download⬇️] to download the collected AhnReport result file.

Collecting an AhnReport Directly from the PC

If there is a problem with the agent connection status or the environment does not allow management commands to be received, you need to collect the AhnReport directly from the PC.
