[MDS] How to restore the configuration of MDS
Restore logs and data from backup files saved on the local disk or FTP server. MDS deletes the original data when it is backed up, so it will no longer be searchable. To search for backed up logs, you must first restore the data.
2. Menu tree
Click Import to renew the backup file information needed to restore the data.
1) Get restoration targets
- Backup directory: The backup file location - local disk, FTP or SFTP.
- Backup period: The starting date and ending date of backup. The current date will be specified as both the starting and ending dates by default.
- Backup data: The data to restore - detection logs, system logs, statistics or system settings.
2) Select the restore file
The files to restore will be displayed on the backup list. Select the file to restore, and click Restore.
Select whether to keep the original data and click Restore.
The restoration progress will be displayed on the top-right.
The data restoration results can be viewed from System Log.
Click System > Logs > select Admin Event Log > from Type, select Backup and Restore.
