How do I create and manage policies?

This section explains how to create and apply the policies on V3 for VDI Agentless.
2. Creating and Applying Policies
In the Policy menu, you can create and manage policies to apply to the SVAs and guests.
Creating Policies
1) Click the Policy icon on the top menu.
2) Click Add and select SVA Policy or Guest Policy from the dropdown menu.
3) Configure the necessary settings for the policy including the name and the target to apply the policy to.
4) Click OK to save.
Applying Policies
You can apply a different SVA policy for each SVA. As for the Guest policy, you can set a different policy for each each domain, center, or group.
1) Click the Policy icon on the top menu.
2) Select the policy to apply from the list of policies.
3) Click Change Policy Target to select the whether to apply the policy to the SVA or Guest.
Apply SVA Policy: Click and select the SVAs that you want to apply the policy to.
Apply Guest Policy: Click and select the Guests that you want to apply the policy to.
4) Click OK to save.
Appling Individual Policies
You can also apply an individual policy to a specific Guest. The individual policy takes precedence over the general Guest policy that are applied to multiple Guests.
1) Click the Manage icon on the top menu.
2) Select the Guest group to view and click View Guest above the list of guests.
3) Click the Guest account that you want to apply the policy to and new popup will be displayed.
4) Click Change next to Policy Status.
5) Select the Guest policy to apply and click OK.
