[LOG] AhnReport Collection - Debug Log
AhnReport is a report file that automatically collects system information and log files related to AhnLab products.
When a product error occurs, collect and deliver this file to us. It will help us diagnose the symptoms more quickly and accurately.
The collected information is used only for resolving issues, and is not disclosed without permission.
This article describes how to collect AhnReport in a Windows environment with debug log enabled.
To Run AhnReport
Download the AhnReport file from the link below and then run it.
To use the latest version of AhnReport, we recommend downloading and running the file again. But if there is an issue with downloading or moving the file, you can also run the AhnRpt.exe file in the V3 installation path.
The default installation path by V3 product is as follows.
