[ESA] The report is displayed as 'Transferring...' after a Vulnerability Scan and is not sent.
ESA sends the report to the server immediately after a vulnerability scan.
If the transfer status of the ESA report remains displayed as 'Transferring...' for a long time or the transmission fails, check the information below.
Check your internet connection
If you are not connected to the internet, information cannot be sent to the server, so the status is displayed as 'Transferring...'.
ESA attempts to resend the check results to the server every 5 minutes. Please check your internet connection.
Check whether you are on a network that can connect to the EPP server
Depending on your situation, such as working from home or using a network with network separation, additional measures, such as a VPN connection, may be required to connect to the EPP server.
Check whether AhnLab Security Agent() is displayed as disconnected (gray) in the system tray icon, and check with your IT Administrator whether additional measures are required to connect to the EPP server.
Check whether AhnLab Security Agent is operating normally
If AhnLab Security Agent is closed and not running, information may not be sent.
Check whether AhnLab Security Agent() is running normally in the system tray. If you cannot determine whether it is running, check the agent status through your IT Administrator.
If you are the IT Administrator but cannot resolve the issue, collect an AhnReport from the affected PC and submit an inquiry. We will check the product installation status and logs.
