Windows V3 products such as V3 Internet Security 9.0, V3 Endpoint Security 9.0, and V3 Net for Windows Server 9.0 can be uninstalled using the following method.

1. Go to [Control Panel] > [Programs and Features] or [Settings] > [Apps].

2. Select the program name you want to uninstall (AhnLab V3 Internet Security 9.0) and click [Uninstall].

3. When the uninstall screen appears, click the [Uninstall] button to proceed with the removal.

When uninstalling V3, the message "Your program is locked by password. Enter your correct password." is displayed.

Enterprise products allow administrators to set a deletion prevention password. For more details, please refer to the FAQ below.

• [V3] When uninstalling V3 Internet Security 9.0, a password prompt appears instead of uninstalling.

When trying to delete the V3 folder, it says administrator permission is required and it cannot be deleted.

The V3 product family blocks the deletion of V3-related files and folders through product protection features.

To remove V3, please proceed with the program uninstallation process via Control Panel or Settings.
