[VMAC] V3 for Mac Real-Time Scan Does Not Turn On After Installation, Even When the Fix Button Is Clicked.

If you have tried Fix in V3 for Mac but are still unable to enable real-time scanning, one of the following may be causing the issue:

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Grant Full Disk Access

Please refer to the following FAQ.

1. Click See how to fix in the pop-up displayed in V3 when Fix fails.

2. When the guide window appears, click Open System Settings in STEP 1.

3. Proceed with allowing the system software in STEP 2. Check that Security & Privacy tab is selected and scroll down until

4. you see Security, and click Allow. If you see Details...,click it and select AhnESApp.app and TobeyNEApp.app.

5. When the <Allow System Software Permission> appears, click OK to complete the settings

3. Go to Security & Privacy tab and select Full Disk Access on the left. Turn on the toggle button next to v3medic, v3svc,and AhnES.

4. Once you have allowed both system software and Full Disk Access, the product will work properly. Click OK.
