[VMAC] Allowing System Software
For V3 feature to operate properly on macOS, you must allow the system software required to run V3.
If you do not allow your all system softwares during installation, additional notifications for allowing system software may appear for the following items.
- AhnESApp
- TobeyNEApp.app
The displayed items or system settings screen may vary depending on the OS version. Please refer to the steps below for more details.
For macOS 13 or later
Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Security, navigate to the bottom of the menu, and then click [Allow].
If there are multiple softwares to allow, the [Details...] button may be displayed. Click [Details...], and then select AhnESApp and TobeyNEApp files.
For macOS 12 or earlier
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, navigate to the bottom of the menu, and then click [Allow] to allow the system softwares for ‘AhnESApp.app’ and ‘TobeyNEApp.app’.
If there are multiple softwares to allow, the [Details...] button may be displayed. Click [Details...], and then select AhnESApp and TobeyNEApp files.
macOS 10.15
For macOS 10.15, you can allow only system software for ‘AhnLab, Inc.’
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, navigate to the bottom of the menu, and then click [Allow] to allow the system software for ‘AhnLab, Inc.’.
