EPP Security Agent is a program installed by companies, schools, public institutions, and other organizations for PC security and asset management.

The program is installed according to the organization’s management policies and operated through a central management server.

Therefore, permission to delete the program belongs to the organization’s administrator, and the program may be configured so that general users cannot delete it at their discretion in accordance with security policies.

If the screen shown above appears when removing Security Agent, the internal administrator has set a management policy that prevents deletion. In addition, policies can be configured to require the administrator’s password or an OTP when attempting to delete the program.

AhnLab cannot arbitrarily delete or support the removal of an agent operated by an organization. If you need to delete the program, please contact the organization’s IT staff or system administrator.
