For PCs using a new certification product number (a 20-digit product number consisting of letters and numbers), you can check the information for registered devices under [MyCompany] - [Licenses] - [Usa/Manage].

※ If you only have an old certification product (a 16-digit product number consisting only of numbers), the [Usa/Manage] menu will not be displayed.

If you cannot install the product anymore because you have exceeded the number of available uses, select a device you no longer use under [Usa/Manage], click [Manage], and remove the device.

The Usage Use/Manage menu is not displayed in MyCompany.

The Usage Status Management menu may not be visible in MyCompany for the following reasons:

1. No new certification product is owned.
2. The usage start date of the purchased new certification product has not yet been reached.
3. Login was performed using a manager account instead of the Representative account.
