If you see error code 3181f503 or 3281f503 when running the V3 installation file, it means that the installation file is being run on an unsupported operating system.

Specific cases are as follows.

Using an outdated installation file

If you use a previously saved installation file instead of the latest version installation file, this error may occur because the version does not support the system you are trying to install on.

Please try reinstalling with the latest version installation file.

Confusing the product

This error may occur if you run the V3 Net for Windows Server 9.0 installation file on a client PC, or conversely, run the V3 Internet Security 9.0 installation file on a Windows Server.

Please check the name of the installation file again.

Not applying Windows updates

For Windows 7, there are essential Windows updates that must be applied to install V3, and if these updates are not applied on the PC, this error may occur during V3 installation.
