[EPPA] How to Download and Install the EPP Security Agent for Users
This article provides general instructions for users on how to install the EPP agent for Windows.
Downloading the Installation File
You can access the EPP Security Agent installation file download page by entering the IP address or URL of the EPP server in your browser.
e.g.
https://192.168.56.10
When you access the download page, a screen like the one below will appear. Download the necessary file and run it.
The IP address of the EPP server is set by your internal administrator, so it varies by your company.
If you do not know the IP address of the EPP agent installation page, please contact your internal IT team or administrator.
Program Installation
Double-click the downloaded installation file to start the installation.
Depending on the options set by the administrator, the installation screen may appear when you run the installation file, or no screen may appear.
Once the Security Agent installation is complete on your PC, you can confirm the tray icon as shown below.
