This article provides general instructions for end-users on how to install the EPP agent for Windows. 

Download the Installation File

You can download the EPP Security Agent installation file by entering the IP address of the EPP server in a web browser.

https://ServerIPAddress

When you access the installation page, the screen below is displayed, and you can download and run the required installation file.

The EPP server IP address is configured by the administrator of the institution or organization, so it may vary depending on the environment.

If you do not know the installation page address, contact your internal IT staff or system administrator.

Users at schools or public institutions should contact the relevant institution or its higher-level administrative organization. 

Install the Program

When you run the downloaded installation file, Security Agent installation begins.

Depending on the installation policy specified by the administrator, an installation progress screen may be displayed, or the installation may proceed in the background without displaying a separate screen.

When Security Agent installation is complete, you can see the icon below in the notification area of the Windows taskbar.

When EPP Security Agent installation is complete, the required security modules are also installed according to the policy.

After installation is complete, right-click the tray icon to view the installed security module menu as shown below.
