[LOG] Collecting HAR Logs
If an error occurs while using the website or the product web console powered by AhnLab, please collect and submit an inquiry for AhnLab to reference during error analysis.
To Collect the HAR Log
1. Open a browser and press F12 to open the developer tools.
2. Go to the [Network] tab within the developer tools.
3. Check if the network log is being recorded.
If the ‘Stop’ button is active, it means logging is enabled.
4. Go to the website where the error occurred and reproduce the symptoms.
5. Click the [Export HAR file] button to save the network logs.
6. When the ‘Save As’ window shows up, save the file in a location that is easy to find.
Attach the saved HAR file when submitting an inquiry.
Please make sure to describe the steps you took to reproduce the error symptoms when you collected the HAR logs.
