Error Code 10311
This error may occur when the service restart fails due to failure to terminate the V3 process properly during update.
Failure to terminate a process can be caused by various reasons, including temporary increased PC usage, system errors, or the influence of third-party processes.
Error Code 122
This error may occur when attempting to update while the V3 service failed to run properly.
It could occur if the update is reattempted while the service failed to start properly after error 10311 occurred.
Action
Reboot your PC to force a restart of any process that failed to terminate.
When rebooting the PC, you must use the [Restart] button.
The error could persist because the background processes may not restart when rebooting after a [Shut down].
