[V3] A process error occurs when running V3 scan.
Error Cause
If a process error occurs during V3's quick scan, detailed scan, or automatic USB scan, the service for running the V3 product may not be running properly.
Action
If a problem occurs on a PC that was previously used for normal scan, the service may have temporarily failed to run.
Reboot the system for the V3 service to restart.
However, if the PC is rebooted after a regular [Shut down], the background processes may not restart.
Please make sure to use [Restart] in order to resolve the problem.
If the problem persists
If the problem persists even after rebooting the system, please collect AhnReports with the symptoms reproduced and submit an inquiry. We will check the status of V3 installed on the PC and respond.
After receiving an inquiry, we may request additional file and log collection depending on the symptoms.
