ASK Inquiry Guide for Corporate Users
This is a guide on how to submit inquiries using ASK.
Through this article, you can find out how to make online inquiries, phone consultations, and AhnLab account-related inquiries.
01. Online Inquiry
1. Online technical support is provided through the ASK website.

2. Go to ASK website and click Sign in.
3. After logging in, you can submit technical support inquiries through the [Submit a request] menu.
4. If the attached file is less than 50MB, you can submit it using the [make an inquiry] form. If it exceeds 50MB, please use the [inquire with a large file attached] option.
5. Selecting the appropriate inquiry category will expedite the process of your inquiry to the relevant department.

6. Please provide specific details in your request to help us understand the situation. Additionally, attaching image captures or logs for symptom verification will enable us to provide a more detailed response.
7. After your inquiry has been received, you can check the details of the submitted inquiry as follows.
8. When an inquiry is submitted, it will be automatically assigned to a manager, and you can review their response through your registered email or as comments.
9. You can check all of your inquiries in [Requests] at the top.
02. Phone Inquiry
1. For phone inquiries, please contact the Corporate Customer Technical Support.

2. When you contact the Technical Support Center, an Interactive Voice Response (ARS) will prompt you to enter your registered number followed by #.
- Enter one of the contact numbers (office phone, mobile number) registered under the AhnLab.com representative ID or the assigned person's ID.
- If the outgoing number matches the registered number, the ARS authentication will proceed automatically without requiring user input.
3. Once the call is connected, you will be connected to an engineer.
03. Account-related Inquiry
1. If you need to change the information of the main account (contact person's name, login information, contact details) or create a separate sub-account, please contact us through the Purchase/Registration Inquiry.

2. When consulting about an account, it is necessary to verify the business registration number of the contracted client company before processing with account-related matters.
