[V3] 104 Error occurs when updating V3.
If error 104 occurs when updating V3, it may occur when the update process fails to execute, for example, due to access by a third-party program.
In this case, you can use the product protection log to check the third-party program that accessed the V3 process and then take action.
To Check the Log
1. Go to [Tools] > [Log] > [Event logs] from the top menu of V3.
2. Search for ‘Program Protection’ by entering it in the search field, and check if there are any other processes that have attempted to access the V3 installation path.
After identifying the program associated with the process, either remove the program, or add an exception for the V3 installation path in that particular program.
If there are no processes identified in the event logs, please collect AhnReports including the debug logs and submit an inquiry. They will then be analyzed for the cause of error.
