[V3] The ‘[Code: 32810120] Please enter the user name.’ error occurs when installing V3.
The 32810120 error may occur if the user name is not entered during the V3 product installation process.
If this error occurs during installing with a custom installation file that does not require entering user information, the system registry value used for entering the user name could be empty.
Action
The registry value can be entered manually to resolve this error.
Follow the steps below to do so.
1. Go to [Start] - [Run], type ‘regedit’ and press [Enter] to open the Registry Editor.
2. Check if the RegisteredOwner value exists in the path below.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
3. If the value is empty, double-click on it and set the same value as the Windows account name.
4. Reboot the PC and install V3.
